Neevra is made by Surfaced Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
What we collect
- Your email address when you create an account
- Your exercise history, answers, and learning progress
- Basic usage data to improve the app
What we don't collect
- We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment information
- We do not collect location data
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
How we use your data
- To power the adaptive learning engine and personalize your sessions
- To sync your progress across devices
- To improve Neevra over time
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services to operate Neevra:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI exercise generation (your answers are sent to generate feedback)
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech audio
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.
Children
Neevra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
